Cancellation Policy
Please note, once order is placed there is not a refund option. If you (The client) cancel for any reason you forfeit your payment. There is 1 reschedule allowed per makeover. You do have the option to add on more looks if you choose to do so but there is not an option to subtract looks from your initial order. Full payment due upfront.
